100% recommended.The screen of my MacBook needed to be replaced so I looked for a reliable and trustworthy place. Because of all those good reviews I thought „let’s give it a try“.A nice lady with a lot of patience named „Jenny“ answered all my questions before and during the whole process. The option to send my laptop in via overnight courier in a protected box made the process so easy. A kind technician named „Darryn“ fixed my laptop in no time. I got my laptop back after only 4 days or so and even after a little bit of trouble with the reassembly after I got it back they were still helpful. The lid wasn’t clipped in properly so I pushed it down and fixed it. All in all a very smooth experience. Thanks guys

Best experience in tech support I've had so far! Friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond to explain what was going on with my Mac and to fix it at least cost to myself. The parts were ordered promptly, shipped overnight, and my computer was ready to pick up the very next day! No 10-15 business day wait and esoteric final report for these guys. Top notch service!
