Richard and team is awesome. Called them at 12pm on a Saturday about a puncture and dropped off the car at 1pm and got it back at 3pm. Great service, pragmatic and don’t mind going extra miles for customers. Thanks a lot Richard and the team!

Came in at 2pm dropped off a tyre that needed a puncture repair, was told to come before 5pm, came back at 4:30pm and was told to come back the next day because there wasn’t enough time.Honesty don’t believe that it takes that long to fix a puncture. All three hoists where empty and only my car was the only car out front.Something you wouldn’t expect from a Bridgestone stop.

Three weeks, one visit and two phone calls and I still have not heard when the tyres I need would be in stock. Also haven’t been able to check the nitrogen in my tyres since December because the tank is empty and “we don’t know when it will be refilled”. Very frustrating and disappointing ‘service’. I give up.Edit: contacted Bridgestone using their info@ email in their reply on 27/2/23 with no response from them to date (7/3/23) Apparently they just put the reply to look good with no intention of following up.Now noticed the reply appears to have been deleted! I’m going to the competition.After the second edit the owner of the tyre shop contacted me via email to resolve the issue.

Went into Bridgestones on a Saturday with a puncture . Couldnt get it changed as it had a large nail in it. gentelman checked to see if a new one available. Fitted new tyre and put air in all my other tyres cleaned mess in boot caused through trying to get spare tyre out. Couldnt fault the service. Will certainly go back Great Service Thank You

Had a nail stuck in my tyre, landed here at 12.30pm Sunday, initially was told it would take an hour then Carl came along to save the day! Took 20 minutes to fix it. Carl was awesome, so lovely to deal with. Great service! Thank you!

Booked my vehicle in for Wheel Alignment 4 days prior to job being done but when I arrived they had NO BOOKING & implied they were doing me a favour taking my vehicle considering i called 3 times in a span of 5 minutes for a Wheel Alignment quote for my type of vehicle, then called back for a day day convenient for us both after I confirmed with my wife then a 3rd call to confirm booking. After I explained day, time & what they informed me over the phone they conceded they never listed it in the dairy, which was no big deal as these things happen but was given the impression i was trying being untruthful. Was a bit dubious after reading reviews from others but have been before namy years ago & decided probably odd bad experience by customers even though they did seam consistent. They were turning customers away for quick simple jobs considering they didn't look that busy but after 30 plus minutes they came to me & told me that it would take 2 hrs because they forgot to charge a sensor on machine. I said will go elsewhere which they seemed happy about. They did put some air in my tires which was nice but looked shocked when informed that my tires filled with Nitrogen as indicated by Nitrogen Valve Caps. In saying this there was only 2 ppl running the store but they DIDNT really want the work in MY OPINION. I personally would avoid this store in future which is a shame as they are awesomely located to the Mall, The Warehouse, KMart etc. They did try to be nice but to me felt insincere & both my wife & I didn't feel wanted or comfortable there, It felt like we were an inconvenience.

Had a lovely gentleman at the desk. Very welcoming and accommodating. I ordered the wrong tires but it didn’t seem to be an issue as they had the right ones in stock. They did a quick and effective job with great customer service!

Awesome and hard working team. Richard was very helpful and knows what he is doing. Despite a busy Sunday morning, he still gave great services.. This branch opens 7 days a weeks and is right across the road from the St Lukes Mall, extremely convenient. Highly recomended and would definitely return again myself in future.
