Needed new sports bra. Had to find someone to unlock changing room. No greeting Just in her own time .....then in a very off hand way asked how many bras was I taking in. And then told cubicle two. No one else was there and the manner was so unpleasant. No assistance came when needed to try another size.Just poor service all round.Very disappointing

Went in this morning to get some makeup on behalf of my Mum (I didn't know where to start) Lovely lady Pallavi helped me from start to finish, now I have beautiful products for my Mum to take overseas!!!! Big ups to her. Thank you :-)

The staff here are friendly and well trained. Everything is stocked, loads of testers for makeup and for the most part, the store is spotless. Nice and large, so makes for great gift shopping. Recomend!

Disgusting services by two of these Asian(sheshido counter)and Indian females(revlon and other at customer services) last week ............unfortunately its repetitive. There's this serious lack of mannerism, extremely rude, massive chip on their shoulder, stood there not willing to serve"Thanks"

Outstanding customer service and so well stocked up! everyone’s so helpful & friendly and they make it such a good environment to be in. one of the employees, named Farzana, to be specific, was beyond kind and helpful. i had an event and wanted to get my makeup done at Farmers, and although it was a busy day for them, she went above & beyond to meet me and make time for me. not only did she do an eye makeup like they’re meant to do, but she did my whole face at such a good price too and it turned out so beautiful & also gave me a gift. absolutely recommend her professional work and seeking her help for the best recommendations and experience, it’s such a highlight! ❤️

Would’ve been one star if I hadn’t of sought out another employee who was extremely helpful - more helpful than the Asian lady working the mac counter who couldn’t be bothered looking in the drawer for a mac gift card to process. You knew exactly what was going on when I came back with another colleague - shame on your customer service.
