Having had a club fitting experience at another local provider I had almost purchased a new set. When I tried to negotiate some additional discount on what was a large purchase I hit a wall. On a whim I dropped into the Hamilton GW Store and asked them could they do a fitting for me. They were only too happy to help. I went had a great experience, much more interactive in terms of swing and ball dynamics. I took some advice, settled on some clubs. They provided a great price point, threw in a bag, a dozen golf balls and a hat. Great team led by Rich and a shout out to JJ for the club fitting experience.

Had an amazing experience here. Manager was super kind and I felt like it was never about the sale. He was super driven to fit me with the right driver. Just got in from doing 9 holes with the new srixon zx5 mk2. Sounds fricken awesome and plenty of forgiveness. Thank you once again Golf Warehouse for going above and beyond.

I bought a golf set and trundler for my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately my wife was found to get a frozen shoulder. Our GP recommended not to do golf and it would last as long as two years.We asked a refund having explained the situation, and it had been just two weeks since we had bought it and they were neve used, but the CEO refused without taking the situation into any account in a very rude way. He did not show any compassion towards a person in a dire situation.The attitude the CEO had shown indicated the business would disappear from the business.
