First time trying wucha today.I had WuKong diamond tea in the morning which was so amazing and i absolutely loved it. ( i will give 5stars for that)So i went back to try a different one ( dirty milk tea) in the afternoon. I was served by different staff. She was nice and helped me to registerfor vip loyalty card as i was hoping to return the shop often in future.Unfortunately she served me with the worst milk tea ever I had in my life. I can actually make better one at home. The pearls in the drink were so hard to chew. And the drink was so watery just tasted like plain milk. Half of the drink was hot and there was ice cubes on the top of the drink. Usually dirty milk tea is served cold. I had to throw away the drink and felt very disappointed.Long story short I had two drinks same day different time served by two different staff. One was the best and the other the worst. So i think getting a good drink will be depending upon on your luck.

My favourite place for Boba, daughter and I go each week on a Friday after pick up from school then occasionally head to the games shop on the way back to the library, it's a great way to finish the week.Friendly staff, plenty of choices and advice. My favourite is the Soy Milk Tea with Cream Cheese, I sub out the peanuts (allergy) for more pudding and cream cheese ❤️

Beautiful premises and friendly staff. Delicious bubble tea. Loved the flavored pearls that tasted like toffee, unlike some places that add the pearls only for texture. I had the Dirty Milk Tea with Pearls. The tea itself could have tasted a bit more of tea instead of straight milk, but it made a good drink nonetheless with the pearls. Loved the decor, and the service.

I got a mochi drink and it was sprinkled with crushed peanuts on top ! Luckily I’m not allergic to peanuts, but it’s an undeclared allergen and ingredient. It mentioned nothing about peanuts on the name .The drink also tasted awful and the added peanut made it worse. I understand if they’re trying to add texture but it’s poorly done.

A little pricy for a bubble tea. For me, it had a bit too much flavour with way too many toppings. Probably not the best tea if you just want the basic tea. The shop itself is warm and clean.
