Our Business Purchased our first vehicle through Tony Huang at the Greenlane Toyota dealership.We highly recommend Tony. What a fantastic experience, he was incredibly communicative and this was from the first initial order until delivery. Tony is a nice guy himself, and always offered us coffee when we walked through the door. Used car section staff is very rude and unfriendly, not recommended. On the other hand, New car section staff are good.

Good quality workshop and if you had some issues with your car or service you not happy about it there is manager who will sort it out for you promptly. I take my car many times here and always satisfied. Customer service name is Pramodh always ready to help and meet your needs and gives you genuine advice on what the best for you.

I had a phenomenal experience at Auckland City Toyota on Easter Friday when facing a holiday-threatening issue with my car. Everyone I met on site was helpful, and with some staff away for the public holiday, GM Tom Barrow handled and resolved the issue directly. The whole service cost me only a debt of gratitude and allowed my family to head off on holiday. Very impressive. Very grateful.

Happy with the purchases of our vehicles, my wife purchased her new car from the Grey Lynn branch and i had purchased my used car from Greenlane branch, but we were not happy with the service with the used sales staff.To my own stupidity i had recommended my sister to go there to purchase their car in which they did, and never again would i recommend anyone to purchase a car from Greenlane Toyota.The wait time for anything was ridiculous and communication was really poor.Arrived to pick up my car as per the agreed day, and the car was not ready (would have been nice to be a phone call or text). Upon the second visit the car was ready but the scratches that were meant to be removed were not removed, so i had to go back in on another day.Several promises from the sale staff were made to have my spare key couriered to me which never happened, after 1 month and several calls, texts and emails they had to get a locksmith to cut a new key for me.The used sales manager even offered me a free tank of gas as a thank you for referral and purchases of the vehicles and joking told me to send more customers their way.I haven't taken them up on that offer given this experience and i would never step foot back into this dealership again.All my referrals now i push them to Manukau or Northwestern Toyota.

Team members were friendly, and the sales team were always trying to help us get the best deal when we see them in person; however, they were really bad on following up and we end who have to chase him. The servicing team were great: friendly, helpful and did a great job.Other people talking about getting or being offered coffee when they came; how come you guys deny me coffee, one of the lady even told me that you weren't giving out coffee.I still give you guys 5 stars just because of your service team are that good.

Went today around 3PM to inquire for accessories, I dont felt any sincerity and interest creating a relationship. It seems I bothered your staff's personal texting time approaching him on his desk asking questions. No other customers beside me and another one but I need to stand on your reception table like waiting for a seat in a restaurant where. Other car dealers the moment a faint of shadow for a customer they would eagerly react and made contact.NO SENSE of customer service, did not even bothered to get my name or car details to endorse to your Parts team. A default response was Parts team doesnt work at saturday try to contact on weekdays. ....Yeah not your job" to assist.I would stick to the first Toyota car dealer where i bought my car early this year and wont ever endorse your store to any of my friends thus be mindful to stay away."

My long wait order for 15 months but very grateful that my RAV4 Adventure is finally here. Highly recommended the sales consultant Tony Huang, was amazing and we feel very comfortable interacting with him from the day we placed the order until delivery date. Tony is very helpful & interactive and always offered us coffee the moment we walked into the showroom making sure we are comfortable. Not forgetting Bruce Stuart, getting all paper work sorted for us. Wishing them the very best with their future endeavours and keep up the amazing work team!!

Just got our car back from a service" at Auckland City Toyota and the state of it was a disgrace. The whole rear interior was in bits. Just shocking. Some items had been damaged by the service personnel and then they wanted to charge us to repair it. Absolutely shocking how bad this was... for a basic service that turned into a 2 day nightmare."
