Gold medal for ZERO COMMUNICATION.I appreciate they are very busy with multiple lock downs in Auckland and high demand for their products at the moment, but a little bit of communication would go a long way.Ordered some items 02/03.- No order confirmation-No tracking- No update on when the order might be dispatched.- Multiple emails and phone calls to this company no reply whatsoever.

Had a very disappointing experience with this company. Ordered something and received no confirmation email. Called up the next day and was advised that the email would either be in my junk or spam mail but still; nothing. It took 2 phone calls for them to finally send a confirmation email - I just think it’s weird how I was advised by their agent the first time I called that she had to refer to another department to get it sent and was promised it would be in within 5-10 minutes. A day later I called up asking where it was as promised and the lady just sent it straight away like what the hell? I am still awaiting my order which I was advised would take a 2 working days so I really hope this follows through without any problems.

I was only sent half of my order that I had paid for. No communication was given regarding this, my emails were ignored as were phone calls. I eventually reached someone on the phone who took my details and told me someone would be in touch about my order, which never happened either. 2 months later the other part of my order has arrived with absolutely no communication as to where it has been or any apology. Terrible customer service.
