This is an outdated location for an Orderings garden centre, & it's absolutely massive. They could decide to re locate to a site that's more appropriate e.g. Hornby or the Airport , & sell the land to developers who'll build about 50-100 homes to resell & ease up the housing crisis here in Christchurch.
