$150+gst just to get a quote. This isn't standard, I've rung 2 other companies happy to do a free quote. Shame as I've heard great things about the work you do. I'd suggest actually telling people what the fee is too over the phone when they book as I didn't realise the actual cost until you sent me an invoice to pay prior to the site visit.

New Vision Enterprises were prompt getting me a quote and when issues arose during the repair they handled it professionally, keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process.

A very professional very high end Quality workmanship on time. reliable fast efficient and friendly A-class tiling went above and beyond in every aspect they could in my job. A very high standard of workmanship and eagle eye for detail. He did a master piece with matching existing tiles to new laid tiles in heights, grout lines and perfectly lining up mosaic border tile. The border tiles meet perfectly in corners. If I could give a 0 I would. Don’t know where to even begin with this company. They knocked on our door a number of years back saying our roof needed work. I swear to god I should have shut the door after saying no thankyou!!!! Work started and stopped so many times. Workers didn’t turn up… one ended up in jail, a huge mess was made with spraying, all over the windows and heat pump that I had to ask to be cleaned up. The leaks in the roof carried on after the work was complete and they had to keep coming back. Their excuse was…. Do you know how hard it is to find a leak??? Seriously I paid how many thousands to you because you said it was fixable??? Roof was still under its 10 year warranty and they just didn’t bother answering my messages or made up excuses of no staff!!! Now we are having to pay out $30,000 for a new roof. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

North Shore tiling did an outdoor patio tiling job for us. They helped us choose the best tiles for our needs (non-slip, in our case), and generally had excellent communication about the process and the best way to go about completing the job. I saw that they took great care with the installation - every tile is perfectly straight and the grout lines are evenly spaced.A couple of months later the installation still looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend North Shore Tiling to anyone looking for smart, professional tilers.
