I recently used kiwi translation for immigration purposes. They were very professional and responsive and quickly provided a quality immigration certified translation. I would highly recommend their services if you need something translated

I have used Language Links since I first arrived in New Zealand about 10 years ago, and since that I have translated all my documentations with them because I REALLY TRUST the Language Links. They do a great job and always on time! Also the staff and the owner they are all very friendly. I would no trust any other Translation place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LANGUAGE LINKS :) and I keep using them and I recommend to everyone that I know. They are on the market for ages and they really know what to do. Thank you guys!

I found the organisation of my lessons shambolic, with poor attention to communication, which was stressful for me. Having said that, when my lessons finally started, the teacher was very good. I wasn't part of a class - I took private lessons. I think if you wanted to be part of a class you will find the organisation is better.

I've been using their services from overseas before I came to NZ, and now, every now and then for paperwork translation from French to English. Every time they are very quick to answer any inquiries (I had single pages translation as well as 1.6k+ words documents), and quick to translate and send. Also, pretty friendly staff, so I'm happy to stick with them.

Amazing service! As soon as I contact her she is always ready to reply with the info and she does the translations the same day!She saved me several times when I had to rush to get a translation!She also speaks Italian (of course), so It was very easy for me telling her what I needed.

I am a Westerner and have used this advertising media with the assistance of a Translator in 3 editions. Excellent service and cost effective. Would use again.

After contacting him for the translation of a police certificate for immigration purposes and getting a sloppy interpreted document instead of a proper translated one. When I saw this I translated it myself and sent it to him to show him how it should be done and even offered he can use my translation and print it on his letter head and stamp it. I asked for a refund, which he did not accept. He assured me that his interpretation is appropriate for my purpose and he always did it like that. A flat out lie! At that point I trusted him but insisted he corrects the spelling and other mistakes, which he did. I told him as well, that if this translation will be rejected, I’ll come back and get refunded, which he agreed to because he was 110% sure everything is as it should. Of course, it wasn’t. Immigration rejected it and I had to get it done somewhere else properly. Waste of time, no refund, delays in processing with immigration.BTW: I don’t think it’s a Good idea to rate your own business 5 stars and point out how professional and fast you are David! Especially when that’s the problem. That’s just overcompensating. Maybe it would’ve been a good idea to accept my proposal and use my translation?
