Unfortunately very incompetent.

Useless computer systems with no thought for their customers. Web site crashes with moderate load. No one within Auckland Transport knows what is going on.

A few million dollars of rates payers money were spent building the Hobson Point and Beach Haven wharves for the new ferry service. 360 degrees appears to do their job well in running the ferry but the bus services connecting the ferry on the Hobsonville side is next to being hopeless. On one occasion the bus did not wait for the ferry and on another occasion it just didn't turn up. On the return journey, it sometimes didn't turn up. On occasion it does not drop the passenger at the wharf. Complaints to AT generated a lot of case numbers. Only on one occasion a solution was said to have been found but it turned out to be wrong again. More numbers were generated. AT said the bus company will respond to the complaint. Yeah right. It never did. Complaint directed to Councilor Ann Hartley met with a complete silence. What else can be done to get AT to commit seriously to improving Auckland Transport system. The ferry service is affected and very soon it may not be viable because the buses servicing them cannot deliver the passengers.
