TechKing sorted out our problem promptly and remotely for a very reasonable price.

Just had the worst service with this Waitakere business hub. They are time wasters and the representative also has the courage to tell you that they have 11+ years of service doing this and they take pride in putting this on an email. Perhaps this hub should add a tagline #worstserviceprovider and should include a message on their phone service simply telling customers we are here to waste your time.They show no care nor admit their mistakes and they lack product knowledge and yet call them experts. The best advise to all is stay away from this hub as you waste so many hours dealing with them and they just don't care

I am so pleased I found James. My computer set up was too old and I needed full hardware and software upgrades. So I was out of my depth. Did not meet my expectations. Sent computer to wellington from Palmerston North. No work done on computer. Sent back to palmerston North. Staff didn't want to know. Very disappointed after they were recommended. Do not suggest you use these people.
