Always great service and very friendly

This is the second time I've been to this pharmacy and felt like the way I've been spoken to has been condescending and it has annoyed me enough now that I felt it was worthwhile leaving a review.I asked for a product (ulcer treatment) and the women at the end of counter couldn't find it in stock. They asked the pharmacist and he said it had been discontinued and to use another product. I explained I had the other product but it worked best overnight which is why I was after the original product. I was then told to 'use the other product as it had a steriod in it'. I explained again that this was all well in good, but it didn't offer relief which was why I was after my specific product at which point I was told pointedly 'well its discontinued'. I then asked when it was discontinued (as I had seen the product online and thought maybe it still might be around) and was told 'I don't know, I've been so busy with covid.'Nothing the pharmacist said was incorrect (even though he couldn't understand why I was after my product over the one available, which I already did have and had used), however the way he spoke down to me made me feel like what I was asking for was stupid, and I was stupid for pushing for it, when it's my body and I'll use what I see is best for it. I've been before (several years ago) and came away feeling the same and only went today as I had tried our other two great pharmacies here in Wainui and so was left with this one. I wouldn't recommended it.

My sister went in to this pharmacy to get something for her son for his birthday. She waited in line social distancing and let others ahead of her that were purchasing medications. When there was a gap she went and a store worker asked her to move to the other side of the store so those getting prescriptions could line up where she was. She was fine with that and moved. Then shortly afterwards a second female staff member came over and accosted her. She said why are you over here, your not allowed here. She said I was told to move over here. The worker said no your not

I have been dealing with the homeopath for a couple of weeks now. We have been working together to get my dogs allergies under control. My dog had a massive flare up and had a massive rash on her entire tummy. I was given drops and cream from Kate and within 3 days she has basically cleared up.We have been dealing with this issue for 3 years and I decided to try something different and I am so amazed at how much it has worked. I am going to recommened these guys to EVERYONE!!!

Charged a 96-year-old man $72 for his prescription where other are free Disgraceful rude Manager who thinks ripping off old people is OK, will never return to this place and suggest others look elsewhere.To your reply. So looking at the comments apparently this place is known for its racism and discrimination towards people of color!! I went today and one of the staff came to me and asked to take out what I put in my pocket when it was actually my phone!! She didn't even ask politely in case she was wrong but no she was utterly rude asking me to empty my pocket!! I felt so bad and I cried and all was she saying that you don't need to feel offended I was just asking" but NO she wasn't just asking she accused me!!"
