I live in the US and literally did a global search for a printer ribbon that is no longer manufactured by Panasonic (OEM). Without a ribbon, I would have had to junk the printer which is relatively new and works great.Rishi, had a replacement ribbon in-stock that is on par with the quality and performance of the OEM. I am so appreciative that Rishi carries quality products and was very responsive despite the distance and time differences.

Ash from Auckland Gates was the last company to quote for our automated driveway gate install. I found his understanding of the tricky sloping site and his advice on style, height and colour to be far superior to the other companies that had also visited and quoted.What also set Auckland Gates apart from the competition was their own team of installers working full time for the company (we didn't just get a sales rep selling the product and then a non related installer in to complete the work).
