Absolutely no pressure to buy anything or sign up, promoting to finish the products you currently own before purchasing more. The treatment was amazing and I left the store with glowing skin. Very excited to start my journey with Caci.

Absolutely incredible customer service! There was a mix up with an appointment and I've never experienced a service that has gone so above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Have had 3 appointments with them so far and their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

At the beginning of my 3 sessions the staff were really nice and friendly. But when I went forth time for a light therapy due to a slight burn. One of the staff gave me that angry look. I was booked in for 12.30pm appointment and it was 10 to 15 mins delay. I was not really happy.
