Terrible service, promised to call within a week, still no response. Have rung when the shop is open, no one answered. Have saw blade and band saw blades urgently needed. Very disappointed.

The Rural Butcher Range
Brought a vacuum sealer at field days it had a slight manufacturing defect. Rang them up and they supplied a replacement no fuss no problems and very prompt. Great service thank you

Thode knife & saw are awesome to work with they get the job done quickly and at a decent price point no matter how big or small. Be aware that they have moved down the road from their original faciltiy but this does make it easier to get to from the motorway.

Thode knife & saw was my subcontractor. I took in a job for one of my clients the next day I was told that I was put on stop credit.I then when to collect the job and pay cash for it and was told they already shipped to my customer and charged them.????
