Very friendly staff and the proprietors Richard and Brenda Bright are awesome people

This was our second time stay, both of 2 nights' duration. We love it. Great bedrooms, heated indoor pool. There are lots of adventure things to do with a local pick up drop off service. The breakfast are very very good with a huge tasty selection. The interior of the hotel is all exposed timber very incharnting. Always clean and friendly helpful service.

The Korean spicy chicken was pretty amazing! Highly recommend it. Helpful and Friendly staff as well as a fantastic selection of beer on tap.

Urbanaut is my go-to brewery in Auckland.The giant room plays host to long bar tables, comfortable couches, a bar to order from, oh, and a dozen massive fermentation tanks. It really feels like you are right there with them brewing the beer, such a cool experience. Dog and kid friendly, too! The vibe is chill and inclusive, and the staff is accomodating and friendly, always ready to take your order with a cheery smile.I've done a brewery tour here and would highly suggest it, very affordable and informative while still being fun - the tour guides are amazing. Oh...and the BEER RULES! Innovative flavourful brews and such a wide variety of flavours/types to choose from. They also have delicious smashburgers made on site for when you get hungry.Urbanaut is perfect for a chill quick drink, to a brewery tour, to a place to take 12 of your best mates. I always look forward to my next visit.

Lovely place to have family dinner together . There is a little play are for kids which is fantastic. The buffet is great especially when you have a toddler that doesn't eat meat. The food Is always delicious so no complains and the staff very professional and friendly.

Can of Smirnoff was $10.00 and a can of rum and coke $10.00 they dont sell bottles. Liked my burger didn't like the BBQ sauce on it beef Pattie was delish though Pork Ribs were $33.00 not happy with that either. My son ordered chicken and mango pizza he liked that. Was a bit disappointed tried not going back there.

Ordered Chilly Prawns as a entree. Prawns weren't even hot, I think they might have been microwaved. Was disappointed with the chilly taste as well, I think it was out of a bottle.Love my Lemon, Lime and Bitters. Was such a refreshing drink.Our Grandson ordered the steak and said it was the smallest steak he had ever eat for $36.Not a happy customer.Left without dessert because only saw the waitress once.

We had two great burgers. One beef and one chicken. Both with a unique spin thanks to the toppings. The service was the best and our orders were delivered quickly. A bit out from the main part of town but a pleasant walk along the lakeside track.

Arrived about 5pm and the tunes were already going.Had a couple beers and a burger which was great. Very friendly staff.Can't recommend the place highly enough. Definitely be back when I'm next in Hamilton.

My husband and I stopped at Powderkeg Restaurant and Bar for a lunch. We ordered Seasoned wedges with cheese, bacon, sour cream and chilli, and Teriyaki free range chicken, slaw and Japanese mayo burger. The food was so delicious. The flavours of the burger were different and amazing. Highly recommend.
