Medical diagnostic imaging center

Came here today in the afternoon right after my appointment with my midwife (16/06/23) and the lady receptionist wearing glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! You don’t talk to your patients with that very rude attitude and tone or to anyone like that. When my partner and I entered the facility, we asked her nicely if there’s an available day and time to book for my dating scan (ultrasound). Throughout our conversation with her, she was talking with us very rudely as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in and ask her. She shouldn’t be a receptionist in the firs place. I’ve been containing my patience with her until my partner and I couldn’t handle her rudeness anymore and to think that I’m pregnant, this stresses me out so bad. We didn’t expect to be treated like that. After exiting the facility, I’ve read all the other reviews and I’m pretty sure we were talking about the same receptionist and maybe the even management doesn’t care at all. DON’T BOTHER TO COME HERE. Extremely poor service and she will ruin your entire day.

Appointments were running to time, staff were friendly and the whole process was over in less than 5 minutes. I suspect they have pulled their socks up since all the poor reviews were posted here.

Friendly, efficient, easy. I've been here 3 times (for ultrasound, MRI and x-ray) and they are friendly when booking, run right on time, have super nice staff, and get me in and out quickly. During Level 4 lockdown I sent emails to 2 places asking for an appointment. They called me, made a booking, got me in, and got my results back to my doctor before the other place even returned my call!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Nick the radiographer was an absolute gem, made me feel so comfortable, secure and well taken care of. Considering I struggle with claustrophobia I actually managed to fall asleep and woke up as I was being pulled out the machine. Nick then made hubby and myself a cup of coffee with a delicious biscuit. Plenty of other health professionals could take lessons from Nick on what patient care looks like. I wish I could rate him a 10/10.

My GP had forwarded the referral to Pacific Radiology almost a month ago and told me that someone from Pacific Radiology will call to confirm an appointment. No call came through. When I called to enquire today, I was told that the centre is fully booked till September and couldn't accommodate me. When I asked them to cancel the referral and let my GP know, they extremely unhelpfully told me that was my job to do. When I asked them about alternates, they asked me to do some searching on their own. Highly unprofessional and complete lack of customer service. Please modernise your system and reach out to customers to let them know that you are unable to service them. Medical diagnostics are a necessity not a luxury!

We visited this clinic today. The receptionist was super helpful on the phone and just as friendly in person. The sonographer was very professional and caring.

We had four scans here. We had two different staff. Both of them were very friendly. More than what we expected. Very happy with their approach. Never thought of going anywhere else.

Texted address to wrong number. Patient ended late for the appointment. Spent time and money to get there. Did not accommodate. Says all booked up. Shrugged shoulders as if patients fault. Did not acknowledge mistake as if it happens often to everyone. Although technician says sorry.

Amazing service, staff very friendly and professional. The sonographers made us feel comfortable.
