I live in Australia and tried to get some information on my brother in law who was in the hospital but his doctor never rang me back. Thanks for nothing.

In all my visits here over the past year I have seen total respect & care given to the two elderly residents I visited.

In my experience, the people at Te Hopai are exceptionally caring. And the management/governors are focused on continued reinvestment into the facilities so that residents are comfortable. I don't understand the earlier poor rating - the doctors are independent of Te Hopai so you cannot hold Te Hopai responsible for the inaction of other professionals used by the residents.
