Very negative experience!Firstly, for AUS immigration medical, they charge almost $200 more than the panel doctors in Auckland. It’s worth making a trip to Auckland if it is an option.Secondly, be careful when they ask you to pay deposit. They charge $50 deposit for immigration medical. You would assume is to cover the loss if a customer do not turns up - Well it is not. It is non-refundable as soon as the transaction goes through, no matter what, or how far ahead you try to cancel.I booked, then canceled an appointment within 20 minutes - No refund, it cost me $50. I was completely blown away as to how they just took my money off me for no legitimate reasons at all. When I called, all the guy can do was emphasizing the policy while unable to give a real explanation for no refund. He couldn’t care less about my loss. What’s more, it was clear that my cancellation did not stop them from filling in the slot.I have done many immigration medicals over the years and have never encountered any one, or any clinics in general, that has such stiff and unreasonably implemented policy.My advise is to think twice when booking with them, compare the options and do not make a deposit unless you absolutely have to.e

After being on hold for over 20 mins someone finally called me back I spoke to a nurse saying I was having shortness or breath and a cough nothing to bad but I need a repeat on my asthma inhalers she refused to give me a repeat as it had been a while since I had been prescribed one I asked if I could make a appointment with my doctor to get one she said he was booked out for the day so will organise to get me 1 inhaler for the mean time and book me in with my doctor she said I would be contacted at the end of the day I was not contacted at all. very poor I thought as I was just asking for a simple inhaler I’ve had asthma since I was a kid

I sent in a query in the last week of May to which I received and immediate response. I was asked to send in blood test results which I immediately did and was told they would get back to me. It is now almost JULY and I still have had no come back.WOW. Good thing I have not had severe Covid and have been waiting for their response !!!!!!

Friendly service, the store person always remembers me even though I come in only every few months. He makes an effort to stock the brands that I like and at the best price so that I will get the best deal purchasing from him. He has great substitute recommendations. Highly recommended.

Shame I have to be generous and give one star. Rejected for getting a Day 2 isolation post MIQ test even though the MOH book provided in MIQ clearly states, via a link given in the guide, that Mana Medical is one option you can go to as a non-patient and you do not have to book. I was abruptly told I should not have left my house (which you have to in order to get the test, as advised in the booklet and I followed all the rules), that they take patients only, and that you have to book (which makes no sense if they don't take patients?), this is all contrary to what is advised in the Ministry of Health Guidance for post-MIQ self-isolation. The receptionist was nice and had explained this, so I was turning to leave when the senior nurse or whoever she was, decided to come out and start reading me my rights and telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a totally hostile manner and that I need to read it properly"

This office is the doctors home and the hourly charge is $540, that's right $540 per hour, but you are not told that until after the bill is presented. My bill increased in excess of 100% over the stated advertisement. There is only one doctor here although the advertising suggests there may be more than one. If money is no object than this is the place for you.

Descriure l’imponencia visual que desborda Nova Zelanda , faltarien les paraules.Pero si entrem en el camp purament humà, sense cap mena de dubte va ser el millor viatge gracies a l’Amelia i l’Ellen. Ara puc dir que de Nova Zelanda no nomes me’n vaig emportar el record i experiencies viscudes , sino que també me’n vaig emportar a dos persones molt estimades que per sort a dia d’avui seguim mantenint el contacte.Tornar? … El destí no esta escrit

I had my chest xray for immigration purpose a month ago. They advised me to just go there as they accept walk ins. The process did not take long. I finished maybe after 20 minutes. The customer service is acceptable, the employees were not grumpy unlike what I heard from other clinics. Thank you for the fast process, It was not stressful at all. Would highly recommend them.
