Really enjoyed working with Wayne and his team. Have used him to install a ducted A/C system in commercial office. Also installed an underfloor air to water heat pump system and maintained it. Nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommend!

I just had my heat pump installed today, incredibly happy, the two workers that worked on the install were incredibly helpful and respectful too. Steve was very helpful and informative when it came to choosing the best pump for my house and didn’t seem put off by my millions of questions.Overall a great and easy experience and highly recommend to anyone.

Great service from this company from the first phone call. Just had ducted air con installed and noticed a difference with in 10 minutes. The installers knew the product well and were very patient when it came to deciding on vent placement. Highly recommended company.

Had a couple of minor maintenance issues and within 24 hours Remarkable Plumbing we’re onsite and sorted them with ease. A pleasure to deal with, couldn’t recommend more highly.

They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou."

I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.
