I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.

Admin difficult to deal with but happy with repair. They had no record of receiving our payment for initial repair bill even though we paid promptly. When heatpump was getting cleaned, repairer cracked front cover and said they would get Abode to fix. Did not hear back about repair and had to raise issue with them.

Recently purchased a custom alloy radiator from A1 for my Toyota Surf which is one of the many early diesel turbos that have a bad reputation for overheating. This radiator is far and away the best performing radiator I've had in the truck (I have an aftermarket coolant temp gauge that gives me the exact temperatures). I barely see anything more than 4 or 5 degrees above the opening temp of the thermostat now. With previous radiators I'd see temps climb 15 degrees easy, sometimes as much as 25. Runs beautifully cool now. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth every cent. Highly recommended if you want to do the job right.

These guys are the best took my car for a wof they had it done within 30 mins really great service and friendly as well something you don't see much of these days, I will definitely go to Ivan Motors Ltd in the future.
