I’m an ex Tradie and there quotes to fix up items for a healthy homes assessment is priced far too high. Ok inspection but would be a miracle to pass as perfectionists & definitely would get follow up work quoted elsewhere via a handy man.

Really nice to have a couple of very pleasant young men who were good to talk to and informative and who did a good job. Nathan liaised with me ensuring we were on the same page. And the carpets smelled really good after (getting rid of our puppies mishaps).! Thank you guys.

This is the first time we have used JAE's and they were fantastic!! We had a number of difficult stains on our wool carpet - some quite old. They were able to treat and remove them all - and then give all carpeted areas of the house a thorough clean. Special thanks must go to Neal and Patrick, the two cleaning technicians that have worked on our carpet over the last couple of weeks. They were, thorough, professional, considerate and courteous. They not only did a superb job with our carpet - but gave us a lot of handy hints and advice too. It is not often I feel inclined to right a review for a company, but the service provided by JAE;s was so exceptional that it's a real pleasure to do so on this occasion. Thanks JAE's and I'll be coming to you for sure next time our carpet needs some expert attention.

Dave the carpet Technician from Paeroa cleaned our carpets, badly stained I highly recommend this man and his company, he was polite very efficient and professional, thorough. Ben and his team were incredible. I had them come in as part of an insurance claim that I thought might be a lost cause and I’m so grateful for the level of effort they put in to fixing the issues that a different provider had caused. Honestly, what they’ve been able to achieve is magic and I now wouldn’t be willing to use anyone else but them for my future upholstery and carpet needs.
