Valet parking service

Parknfly facilities and shuttles are very impressive and they got wonderful staffs. Their receptionists are accomodating and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Their compound is fully fenced, well-lit at night and well maintained. It feels safe to leave your car and to travel alone. I will defintely use their service again and I will recommend it to my friends.

They give their staff the benefit of the doubt before they will listen to their customers. and then they take no responsibility to sort the matter out leaving me to pay for the same parking twice, extremely poor customer service which makes a mockery of their PR priding themselves on the customer experience

I would rate this as a zero if l could. Booked my car in they had moved my car x2 times over the duration of 4 days. They had stolen my pandora charm on my key ring, never got back to me as to the outcome. Filled in the paper work as missing/stolen etc no one ever got back to me, manager was never there when l called. Put on hold for 6minutes only to be told the manager would be back in 5 min no actually 20 mins. Going round and around in circles. I will never be booking my car there ever again. The service was bad, customer service needs to improve, management need to step up or step out. Why they needed to move my car x2 never made sense. The worst experience ever.Had a family member park there for 10 days she got back to her car only to find out her clock wasn’t the correct time so they must have either disconnected her battery or touch something they shouldn’t have. Worst company ever …..

On arrival, everything was great - service exceptional! Difficult to find but on calling, it was explained well - think you need more than a couple of miniature Crusader flags on the fence! Can't work out why you do not say you're on Jet Place! Was not entirely happy with the clean :( On arrival back the pick-up at the Airport was timely but no help with your bags sadly! On arrival the Park, the boss" I am assuming was just wandering around on the phone and there was a line-up of people waiting for customer service and only one person in the Office. All I wanted was my keys BUT I had to wait at least 10 mins for them. Not ideal! But the cost was ok and yes

Scary experience with a worker today, we were threatened because we entered the car park wrong and didn’t go through them first, we were sworn at and the guy called Alex threatened to beat us up. Very bad conflict resolution and I was left shaken up. This was the worst experience I have ever had here, they are usually very polite but today’s experience was sooo scary!

Good location by the Britomart area. Fairly expensive, but it's a new and well kept facility. Big building with lots of parking, but it seems that most of it is leased so there's a lot of driving to get to the top level, and some of the direction markings are not particularly clear. The shade sails on the top level are a nice touch in summer because they keep the sun off the cars.

Under construction! Yard full of big pot holes. Operating out of a container/shed that's shut off so you can't tell if there is anyone there or not. Worse customer van I've ever been in. Prompt delivery and pick up. Not saying it won't improve but from now on we won't be picking the first one that comes up online.

Very good service but a covered parking option would be nice.

Good place to park at the bottom of town. It's actually wide and has several exits to different streets.

Amazing experience - super easy parking in downtown Auckland, with access directly into Commercial Bay shopping centre
