Really supportive clinic. Saw Daniel for two fillings and a clean, he was super communicative, patient and compassionate with me. I have a lot of anxiety about dentistry and my teeth in general so it was wonderful to feel so safe with the staff.Thanks again, see you next time!

Nawton Dental and Denture Clinic, has approachable receptionist and Dr. Harmaneet did a great as dental hygienest, you can feel the care and concern as her patient. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

Disappointed in Amber. My 12 yr old come to yous after a hockey accident smashing 2 teeth and her nerve hanging out. You took 5 minutes and told me you can see her in 8 weeks and to ring around if I wanted an earlier appointment. What was sad is you offered no support or advice and did nothing to her mouth, no antibiotics or pain medication and left us in an emotional state and her traumatized after your visit. Please take some tips from Dental Centre (Harry/David) on empathy and how to treat clients. 4 days after unbearable pain we got into Dental Centre who made an effort to see her, and left with with antibiotics, pain meds and sealed her nerve....something you should've done from the start.

I recently moved to Christchurch and was due for my dental procedures. As I had limited knowledge of good dentists around the town, a friend of my husband suggested Smile concepts to us. I had my first dental examination with Natalie and there are no words to describe how Wonderful my experience was. The staff greeted me with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care. I’ve already visited SC a couple of times and I’m glad I chose SC. My gratitude for Dr. Natalie and her staff goes beyond the stars!

I'm very dissapointed by the lack of correspondence and misinformation I received from people employed at thisorganisation.I first had an appointment in Aug 2019 and was told they would see me but the start of the new semester, (early 2020).Now I realise there would be a delay, due to Covid 19, and fully understood. But after waiting 11 months on their waiting list for treatment I called them today only to be told there is a two year waiting list now.I think they could have at least sent me a message to let me know all positions had been filled and there would be a wait.Common courtesy!

The team at Smile Concepts are warm and supportive and very skilled! We have always been well looked after for check-ups, consultations and treatments. People of integrity and always ready to go the extra mile.

I never thought I would be able to do a good referral for a dentist. But Nawton Dental is one I'd recommend. Even a follow up message to ask how I was going after a tooth extraction. I've never had that before shows a caring Dental Practice. Lots of explanation about the process and aftercare I needed to do.

My dentist of years could only get me an appointment if there was a cancellation, so I phoned Amber Dental. They saw me 1:30 the same day and by the next morning my problem was fixed. I appreciate their haste as I would have been in extreme discomfort and pain. I will be taking my family to Amber now, thanks Amber Dentist

I was lucky enough to be able to get into Amber dental the day after my front tooth was chipped. I had Dr Jo and Sarah, they were super friendly, kind, supportive and personable.I shared that I was very nervous to be at the dentist, Jo asked me why, and what can she do to help me feel less nervous throughout the process. They made the entire experience painless as she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was able to leave the dentist feeling not scared to go back. Not scared at all. So grateful for the lovely dentist experience, from the delightful Katie behind the desk, Sarah and Jo, the reasonable price, everything.Thanks again Amber dental team ❤

Really excellent from the reception staff to the dentists. I was very well looked after from start to finish. I was kept in the loop & they explained everything that was happening. No matter where I may live in Hamilton, this will be my go to dentist, I highly recommend.
