They are very good in selling you a vehicle. But so bad with after service and support. Bought January 2019I have problems with 4wheel drive lights need service and transmission and faulty engine light coming on . 5 month after I bought it. And still have the same problem. I contacted them regarding this and no help at all. So never buy from these guys .I wish would have read the reviews first, wouldn't have both from there.

Great place!

Very disappointing.. they call drop of my Jaguar XF 2009.After drop off my Jaguar XF 10am I’ve got a tx to pick up my Jaguar XF.. they couldn’t find the problem. And they charge me with diagnoses labour. So I finish work I pick up the car straight home. So I decided to open the trunk cause I forgot my supplements bottle inside the trunk.. all the covers inside the trunk are all strip away not putting back .. I’ve got all pictures and they service was not treated the same with others..

The entire team at Ebbett Prestige made us feel very welcome and we were under no pressure when looking around for cars. The team were extremely knowledgeable about the various cars and answered all our questions. On deciding to purchase a car from Ebbett Prestige the entire process was explained well and was quick and easy. The sales and purchase process went smoothly and we received prompt communication at each stage. James went above and beyond in preparing the car for us, taking us through how it worked.
