I have worked with Michelle in her former capacity as a manager, and was impressed by her sheer drive and energy, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and empathy. As I now seek to grow my business, I am working with her as my business coach. Let me say from the outset that this is far different from reading a few blog posts and books, and watching some webinars and how-to videos. Her approach is very direct, deep and personal, and she gets right down to what matters for you as an entrepreneur. Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work with, and because of her awesome skill, I sense I am on the brink of breakthrough to my life's career goals.

This program changed my life. While a little intimidating at first due to its size, I met supportive and confident women who I now consider friends and mentors. Alexia has built a caring and successful network of individuals that allowed me to see that all of my goals are in fact achievable and have taught me skills that will benefit not just daily life but my entire career. I recommend this program to every young woman in NZ and across the globe. Thank you Alexia and Tania.

It is such an eye-opening experience. I have become more confident in myself and has helped me become more open to learning and taking in the information. I loved talking to the mentors and listening/asking questions to those amazing women involved in this course. this is such a great experience and if you have the chance you should take it because this will definitely help you become a successful and supportive person. I would do this experience again and teach others around me about what I have learn't to help them change for the better. :)
