I've shopped here 5 times and they have had exactly what I wanted 4 times and found something that was bloody close the 5th time.They seem to have everything you could need.Always helpful and the staff really know the place back to front.

I love this shop, heaps of good product. However I had the weirdest experience recently with a sales person literally answering every single question completely wrong.. What price is this and this... Off by 200%. What power adapters does this have? Literally named three power adapters it doesn't have and didn't mention the one it did have. Perhaps overload staff for the busy season, but left me feeling flummoxed and cautious about going there next time. Brick and morter stores need to be offering solid reliable advice to compete with online discounters, that is why I usually support them.

first time archer. waiting around 20mins for assistant. just told me prices to the bows $1000-$4000. no help. left the shop. when into Advanced Archerygot setup and brought a bow for $1500. I feel like I racially profiled as I am dark skinned. just wasted my time going into this place.

I'm no expert at fishing by all means, but the service you get from the team here is absolutely awesome. I've been in a few times for fishing gear and the dude was more than happy to help assist with extensive knowledge along with giving great tips and advice for the style of fishing I wish to do.If you're a beginner like me wanting to start out, nicely priced R&R combos and excellent customer service should have you visiting this store.

Steve was a pleasure to have help us. My partner, who should have got new tramping boots BEFORE climbing the summit of Mt. Taranaki headed in store for some new boots after his experience with his 11 year old hiking boots.After using them on a less mild track to complete the Tongariro Crossing, Renan was thrilled with the fact that he finally didn’t feel any rocks underneath his feet for once!
